ABOUT

The word 'winnow' has several different meanings, but they all have one thing in common. Winnow means to sift, set apart, or separate until you uncover something new, something better. At Winnow Therapy it is my hope to hold space for you as you uncover a stronger version of yourself.

I want to create a mental health experience where people feel seen. So often, we are given suggestions before we have time to even fully explain ourselves or process through an experience. I do not wish to fix or remedy a situation without first allowing the individual sitting across from me the space to tell their story. No story is perfect or without flaws. There is beauty in that.

My goal is to cultivate an atmosphere of acceptance. I want to hold space for my clients as they navigate a world that demands to not hold space for anyone.
